Please note: In the event of a no-show, you will be charged/billed by the school for any hotel room reserved in your name and not cancelled 24 hours in advance of your arrival date.
RE: 2021 REGISTRATION –
All students accepted in the 2020 school, who remained enrolled, have automatically been enrolled for the 2021 school. Students placed on the wait list have moved to the wait list for 2021.

REGISTRATION FEE FOR TUITION AND MEALS:
Prior to April 1: $600 for Academia and Government, $700 all others
After April 1: $700 for Academia and Government, $800 all others
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be received by April 9, 2021 for a refund to be issued.

ENROLLMENT DEADLINE
APRIL 1, 2021
I understand the rate charged per person by Hilton Indianapolis Hotel and Suites, Indianapolis, IN will be $127.00 single or double plus applicable tax per night. Group reservations will be made with individual payment to the hotel. You will receive confirmation of your reservation from the National Egg Quality School. All rooms are non-smoking.
