REGISTRATION FEE FOR TUITION AND MEALS:
Prior to April 1: $600 for Academia and Government, $700 all others
After April 1: $700 for Academia and Government, $800 all others
Cancellations must be received by April 18, 2019 for a refund to be issued.

I understand the rate charged per person by Embassy Suites Downtown Indianapolis will be $125.00 single or$145.00 double plus applicable tax per night. Group reservations will be made with individual payment to the hotel. You will receive confirmation of your reservation from the National Egg Quality School. All rooms are non-smoking.
